Had to revisit to see more of your blog! It brings back very happy memories of time spent in France when I was a student (of French), in particular a trip one Easter from Paris via Provins, then through the Cevennes to Sete pour rendre hommage a Paul Valery et le cimitiere marin. Your spring landscapes just now really evoke my stay in Provins.
By the way, on your Swedish connection - my husband studied Swedish at university, and we got engaged in Stockholm!
