Cardère sauvage et colonie de cygnes



Cardère sauvage souvent confondu avec un chardon sur le Breuil et quelques cygnes sur le lac Amance.
Teasel (dipsacus fullonum) called wrongly sometimes chardon (thistle) in a field and some of the swans on the lake Amance.

I did not reconise this as a Thistle... but certainly reconised the beautif of the pictures.

You're right, it is a dipsacus fullonum, a "teasel".
Sorry, it's a common mistake in France to call it chardon.

These are nice photographs. I have a thistle growing here on purpose and will leave it attract insects and etc. It doesn't look like this one.
